Peak Performance Swim Camp | Greenwich, CT Swimming Camps
The Swimming Triangle promotes the holistic combination of a mental, physical, and technical approach to swimming and works well with the principle of Swim Positive, which focuses on a positive attitude toward competitive swim training and to life.
All swim camps are led by Peak Performance Swim Camp's founder and head coach, Nick Baker, who has previously worked as a former Olympic coach. Coach Baker brings 37 years of experience as a competitive swimming coach for thousands of swimmers to Peak Performance Swim Camp. With this experience, Coach Baker guides each swim camp participant to excel beyond what they have previously achieved in swimming. All swimming camp participants can be assured that they will be given the full attention they need to improve and excel in swimming from Coach Baker and his experienced staff of coaches.
Our swimming camps offer a unique swimmer-to-coach ratio as low as 5:1. Because of this our swim camps offer very personalized swimming technique instruction. While a fun time is a guarantee at Swim Camp, our kids also learn valuable swimming skills to drastically improve and enhance their strokes and help them in local, State, and National competition at USA Swimming, rec swimming, and high school swim meets.
Swimmers ages 7-17 have all improved at each Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter Swim Camp. Through Peak Performance Swim Camp, swimmers have been assisted with: improving their freestyle starts, having a fast flip turn, learning the proper backstroke start, swimming more efficiently, getting a powerful butterfly kick, perfecting their streamline, getting faster times, learning new butterfly drills, and breathing correctly in their breaststroke.
